Opentext Content Manager 23.4 has been released! This is the Long Term Support version for 2023 with support through to 31 October 2026.

Redaction, Annotation, and Rendering

Redaction and Annotations

1. Brava integration delivers more features in these areas, including new redaction and annotation interfaces with search hit highlighting.

Viewing and Rendering, and Space Optimization

1. Blazon integration supports more file types and features in the viewing panel, alongside a better compression algorithm. Brava supports redaction on more file types, without heavy .tiff requirements.

Auto-Redaction with customizable scripts

1. Brava offers Auto-Redaction for identifying and redacting sensitive information based on pre-defined and customizable templates. All your PII can be pre-identified and redacted.

MS Teams Integration App enhancements

MS Teams: Private Channel Support and subject line captured

1. The MS Teams Integration App now supports Private Channel posts and files for automatic and manual records filing.
2. Subject Line field now captured from archived posts, pre-populate "title" of record.

Web Client Enhancements

Enhanced Drag and Drop in Web Client

1. Drag and drop supports smaller drop zones in WEB UI, offering the ability to drag and drop into containers or categories.

Column Width

1. Retain custom column width per session.
2. Single click to fit columns in browsers for different screen resolutions.
